Great dress!

I love this dress. The skirt has two layers and it's very comfortable. I wear small so that's what I ordered, it fits great except the sleeves are a little short. Great quality!

Wanted to love this dress, and thought I would. The smocking is too tight on the arms and the sleeves are short. So it does run small. The color is rust but red, but the online picture makes it look more red. No pockets. I might try for a medium, but the smocking is stiff, so can't decide if the size up will help the comfort factor.
